You decide: Forget the "ideal weight" numbers, they are subscience. Your best weight is what look and feels best to you while you are able to complete successfully in athletics with peers. Tall is fun but fit is much more important. Olympic track stars are "underweight", super-fit football linebackers are "obese" by the numbers. Hope lean muscle and lifetime fitness will be yours.

Smart Diet -Exercise: Get an app for your smartphone or some info on the internet- even purchase one of those small books that have calorie information. You would be surprised at the amount of calories we consume. You should be @2500 calories/day to lose weight.
Exercise should also be moderate-3-4x a week a minimum of an hour. Don't be tempted by bad habits & have those around you follow good habits. Greater success.
