Many reasons: there are many reasons. Having a bed routine, such as winding down without TV or computer screen time before bed helps. Relaxing and meditation may also help. If it persists, discuss with your doctor for a full evaluation. Nutritional aids such as melatonin might help if your doctor agrees.
