My eye has been twitching every day for over a month. i have cut back on caffeine, computer time, and gotten more sleep. should i be concerned?

Usually eye: twitching is a benign condition. Sometimes use of lubrication (liquid tears) can help if the eye is dry. Tic disorders and focal seizures are usually more dramatic in presentation. It may be time to have the eye looked at (foreign body under the lid irritating matters? )
