About once a month my lower left abdomen feels a sore dull pain when pressed. It lasts a few days and then goes away. I got an ultrasound about 9 months ago to check if it was an ovarian cyst but they didnt find anything. Should I be worried?

I have a dull pain in my lower right abdomen. Its not sharp but its really annoying. Ive been to urgent care and appendicitis was ruled out by a urine test. The doctor thought it may be a ovarian cyst. Also ibs symptoms, it feels better walking.
Diagnosed w/a hemorrhagic ovarian cyst. Everyone (ER docs) thought appendicitis.CT &ultra sound showed cyst. High WBC. Severe pain again. Any advice?
