Back pain: This could be many things - more information would be needed. If there was a strain or lifting - it could be a muscle strain. If fever or cough - could be pneumonia. If fever or symptoms when you pee - could be kidney infection. If a rash around that side of back with blister like lesions it could be shingles. If the pain persists follow up your physician.
