Tricky: Maybe different aspects from constipation, to common bile ducts issues, to kidney stones or ureteral stones or even musculoskeletal in the lower chests wall area. I would start with an ultrasound of your abdomen after an appropriate physical exam. Sometimes back issues can be referred to that side area too
