How long can i expect pain in my knee am leg from breaking my femur and having surgery to correct it. i also had a hematoma they had to cut and drain from my back it hurts really bad to. its been about a month since the surgery?

It can take 3-4 months for pain to go away after a surgery for a broken leg. If there was a complication and another surgery for a hematoma, that may delay healing and extend pain time also. Be sure to be evaluated to make sure healing is going the right direction.
