Mild hypertension: BP of 155/80 is not "very" high. It is mildly elevated. EKG findings are nonspecific and may not be related to your BP issue. Sounds like you should talk to your doc.

Potentially: While a blood pressure of 155/89 is NOT "very high", if you have other risk factors for cardiovascular disease, treatment should be considered. Regarding the sinus tachycardia, the seriousness of it depends on what's causing it. The intraventricular conduction block, by itself, isn't dangerous, but it may be a sign of more serious heart problems. You are right to take this seriously.
