Depends: Meningiomas can affect vision by pushing on the optic nerve or other eye structures depending on its location. A visual field might help determine if there is any local effect on the optic nerve. Visual fields can be repeated over time if there is a concern. There might be no other symptoms, depending on the location of the meningioma.
