GERD: Mid the duration of bulimia was long you may have weakened your LES lower esophageal sphincter. This would predispose you to GERD. GERD will irritate vocal cords and cause weak voice. You need ENT CONSULT and direct laryngoscopy to rule out vocal cord polyps.
