Allergies: Most likely cause will be chronic allergic rhinitis or chronic sinusitis. If there is associated fever or sputum discoloration, infection should be considered. Nasal spray along with decongestant should help. Antibiotics can be added if indications of infection. If no improvement, may need testing to rule out any immune dysfunction or any specific allergies.
