That's too short to : be clinically meaningful as pain management is not going to help a 10 second twinge. However if it's constant irritation with intense pain for 10 seconds, and if it's caused by a structural problem then you may benefit from an osteopath in the UK, through your PCP referral system in the NHS. So start there, and have your PCP evaluate the degree of discomfort/pain, who can advise you best!

Urine test: It may be muscular, but in that area if there is a renal infection, there may be flank pain. A urinalysis can help to indicate if there is a problem.
