ER EVALUATION: If you have had trouble swallowing =dysphagia. You may have aspirated the pill into the lungs. You need an ER evaluation. CXR and endoscopy to assess for foreign body . After this is done you need full blood work up and exam to evaluate causes of dysphagia . And a swallowing study.
