Can hsp sometimes be mistaken for itp? my neace is 12 and she gets bruises on her arms and chest, keep on coming back a specially after bathing? not using anything new of drinking any pills not prescribed, but still reappears?

Have her checked: Your description does not fit to ITP nor HSP. Have her checked by a pediatrician who can easily distinguish. Erythema multiforme should also be considered.
