No way: there is not a way to have genital/genital sex with a male with no risk of pregnancy. ALL birth control methods have a possible failure, although some are less than 1/1000. Nexplanon is currently the most effective method. Used correctly, pills, IUDs and deep-provera all have less than 1% failure. oral sex, masturbation and female/female sex would have no risk of pregnancy

Condoms,: birth control pills, or any form of long-acting contraceptive. If you mean sex without any form of protection, there is no safe way. Good wishes.
