Yes: The stomach is very close to the left adrenal gland. Hard to know for sure how hard it will push on the gland and cause a surge of hormones. If you do have a pheochromocytoma, it should generally be surgically removed by an experienced laparoscopic surgeon and anesthesia team. Hope this helps!
