Is a small adeoma adrenal nodule the same as a pheochromocytoma?

Not the same.: A pheochromocytoma is a benign tumor in the adrenal gland that produces hormones that affect your blood pressure. Most adrenal adenomas do not produce hormones. Unless you're having blood pressure issues, this is not your problem.
