Adrenal hyperplasia: 46 F MRI shows adenomatous hyperplastic changes of bilateral adrenal glands. What type of surgery is required, if any? Having Cushing workup in 4wks. ANS: at your age most likely have Conn's syndrome if you have any BP problems. Why was MRI done? I specialize in this and happy to do 2nd opinion. Can make better recommendations after I see a picture of your face and talk to you.
