In the er recently for a bladder infection urinalysis shows presence of bilirubin. i'm taking lamisil (terbinafine) could that be why?

Not likely: because urine bilirubin is sometimes detected by color alone, but always possible. Have your doctor repeat urinalysis after your cystitis clears, and ask if you should have a blood test for liver function tests. Lamisil (terbinafine) can affect liver, especially if you are taking other meds.
