Nothing else works: Nail fungus is difficult to eradicate. A determination first test be made to the type of fungus being treated. I muscle orally is effective in about 85% of the cases. Most topicals are a waste of time and money. More recently, laser therapy have been employed but if the entire nail is involved it may not be as effective as oral antifungal agents.

Nail laser: My primary treatment is the cutera nail laser or similar type for fungal nails. I use this with the steri shoe and topical anti fungal ointment.

Have them evaluated.: There are topical and different oral antifungal medications available for the treatment of nail fungus. Specialized lasers are also now available for treatment of fungal nail infections. Have your nails evaluated and get the appropriate treatment.
