Yes: Lamisil (terbinafine) is pregnancy category b which means that it is safe during pregnancy.

I advise against it.: All medications may causer side effects. No one knows, for example, whether this drug might increase th risk of autism. The federal system for labeling drugs dangerous in pregnancy is poor. They up the danger level once teratogenic effects become known. Paint the toenail surface qid with decolorized tincture of iodine--a highly potent fungicide. They will grow out normal.
