What are ways to treat a toe nail infection without lamisil (terbinafine)?

See below: Lamisil (terbinafine) is used for toenail fungus not bacterial infection. If it is fungus you are treating there are many over the counter products as well as treatments such as laser.

Know what kind...: Know what kind of infection you are treating first. Lamisil (terbinafine) is an anti-fungal but if the infection is the result of a bacteria, it will be ineffective. Have a podiatrist examine your toe and determine your best treatment options.
