Sulcabrush?: Not sure if this is motorized or a hand brush. Run it under hot water to soften the bristles and don't put too much pressure on the stroke. Thorough biofilm disorganization in the gingival sulcus should stabelize gum margins once the inflammation subsides.

Not directly: Gum recession is caused by number of things. If properly used and gentle, the sulcabrush will not directly result in more gum recession. That is not to say that you will not have more recession from other causes. It would be wise to discuss this issue with your own general dentist or periodontist who can design an oral hygiene regimen specifically for you & demonstrate how to use all aids.
