Surgery...: Gallbladder wall thickening on us exam suggests inflammation of the gb. Acute and chronic forms of cholecystitis (inflammation of the gb) present this way. If you are symptomatic i.e. Having RUQ pain then surgery to remove the gb is the only option. Good luck!
