I assume U mean PCOS: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is almost invariably associated with hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism, likewise, is often a cause of low body temperature. Find a physician who will treat your thyroid. I suggest a member of ACAM (American College for Advancement in Medicine) or ACIM (American College of Integrative Medicine).
