I don't think I can: answer your question with the information you provided. When you say high temperatures do you mean the skin feels warmer to you than it should or is there a burning sensation? Did you use a thermometer to measure these temperatures? I can tell you if it has gone on for 10 months it probably isn't going away and I would find a doctor for a real exam to get an answer.
