I have had pain in my right testicle for 2.5 months and a urologist, ultrasound and ibuprofen has not helped. do you have any suggestions?

?mild epididymitis: This could be due to mild inflammation of the epididymus which sits on top of the testis and is usually somewhat tender when irritated. Discuss this with your urologist and perhaps a course of antibiotics may help if he/she agrees.
