how long will zantac (ranitidine) 150 mg take to work for gastritis? ive been taking it for 3 days no effect on me. idk the cause of gastritis just no h pylori

Antral gastritis : Depending on the PPI medication orH2 blocker used (such as zantac) it may take as much as 4 to 6 weeks. Be patient for a little while
