A member asked:

Can bronchitis be triggered by exertion: using stairs and doing extra effort like moving & talking for a long time? or could that just be fatigue?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not bronchitis: Bronchitis can not be triggered by exertion, it is an infection of inflammation of the bronchial tubes. However, bronchoconstriction, a narrowing of the airways, can be triggered by exertion. I suggest you see a doctor because you may have exercise induced asthma and that is very treatable with inhalers.
