Can tooth extraction gap on the side (second bicuspid) at least be reduced without braces?

You may want o consider a dental implant and crown to replace the tooth entirely. To move the two molars behind that space towards the mesial is a tall order even with orthodontics.

To close a gap caused by a missing tooth, or to reopen it for implant/crown placement, is best supervised by a qualified Orthodontic specialist. Orthodontic treatment can accomplish either one, but achieving a functional stable occlusion is more complex than just moving one tooth. Talkto an Orthodontist about available individualized treatment options. Initial Exam usually free.
