Perhaps...: This may be due to different things in different people. Possibly due to decreased blood flow to the ears in some after exercising. Others may have a phenomenon known as Eustachian Tube Dysfunction causing sensation of fullness due to pressure changes brought about with exercise. While nothing can be done about the first, for the 2nd, trying holding nose and gently blowing to clear your ears.
