I do tech support over phone for living i am feeling a slight ache on my left ear what i should do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Head pain: Make sure that you use a well fitting headset and turn it so that the microphone and earpiece change sides at least every hour. When you change the headset position take a couple of minutes to close. Your eyes, roll your shoulders and stretch. The pr oblem you describe occurs frequently if the headset always covers the same ear with the firm plastic support putting pressure above the same ear.
