Mgt: Some viral infections can lead to bronchospasm. Antibiotics will not treat viral infections, but your doctor may have diagnosed a specific infection. Continue the antibiotics to finish the course, and take the albuterol as needed every two to four hours for wheezing and if it helps your cough. If you are not improving, have fever/chills, please visit your doctor. A follow up virtual appt avail.
