I have a cough and i have been giving myself albuterol treatments for the past two days only getting worse. i need an antibiotic?

The only way...: Cough can definitely be a sign of asthma but it could also be associated with other conditions. I cannot tell you if you need an antibiotic because I would need more information and examine you. However, I can definitely agree that at this point of not getting better you need to see your doctor for evaluation and treatment as soon as possible.
