See an ENT and DDS: Hello, have you seen an Ears, Nose, Throat (ENT) doctor? They would be able to see if it's an inner ear problem or something in the sinuses. If you did see an ENT and got a clear bill of health there, then you might want to visit a TMJ dentist. Sometimes chronic teeth infections in the sinus can cause problems with the ears as can TMJ problems.

TMJ syndrome: Temporo-mandibular syndrome is the second most frequent cause of orofacial pain after dental pain. Headache, facial numbness, pressure and ear pain and jaw pain are the common symptoms. Proper diagnosis is the key to successful treatment. See Orofacial Pain practitioner for a consultation and treatment options.
