Imitrex (sumatriptan): Well, you experienced side effects from the Imitrex. In some cases, medications like Lexapro, (escitalopram) can make Migraines worse. For my patients with Migraines, I like to use something Migrelief, which you can order on line and which can prevent Migraines. Also, if you were my patient, I would suggest the next time, trying half of the Imitrex. Do not change anything without checking first with your doctor.
