I have mucus in my throat that wont go away. i can barely breath, my throat feels tight, and i cant stop coughing. please advise?

See doctor: A number of things can have those symptoms (ex. allergies, asthma, infection/inflammation, cancer) so you need to see a doctor immediately, especially since you are having a hard time breathing. This can be an emergency, so you need to have it looked at right away.

ER/UC: Get to a clinic for an xray to rule out pneumonia/asthma. You must be examined-ASAP.
