Ask your eye surgeon: Your ophthalmologist will usually tell you what restrictions and how long you should avoid strenuous activities. Usually with lasik, there is very little restriction and only for a few days at most, but if you don't have that information from your doctor, call his office for his recommendation.

Stop for a while: It takes some time for the lasik flap to really re-adhere to your cornea. You need to be careful not to injure your eye while its healing. It would be a good idea from a safety point of view not to engage in strenuous physical exercise for 1 week.
