I have been on effexor (venlafaxine) 37.5 once aday for 2 years. yesterday my doctor increased it to 37.5 twice aday. can i expect side effects this time?

NOT LIKELY: May be a bit of mushy soft stools, a little cramping, mild dizziness and sleep disruption but overall should not cause you much trouble at all.
