Not necessarily: Most everything in moderation. Fruits are part of a healthy diet. If they take the place of more "conventional" desserts, more power to you. Again, you just need to be aware of not overdoing it. Even healthy food, in too large a portion, is not good for you, as it can readily cause weight gain.
