Asthma plan: If you are having respiratory problems, I would suggest reviewing your asthma action plan and a follow up visit. A virtual appt can also be made. In general taking your inhaler before bedtime and avoiding dust helps to prevent a night time cough. Adding a controller such as inhaled steroids to your regimen helps to control the sx of asthma.
