Very low risk: "Through the many years of trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole use, only two cases of QT prolongation were identified through a MEDLINE search.Certainly if an association exists with trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole prolonging the QT interval, the risk is low.Trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole probably does inhibit a rare type of IKr channel, which was implicated in one published case of prolonged QT interval"
