???Indication: It would have helped to know what it was being used for ? Was it for a procedure or for surgery? Once a patient is fully ambulatory there would be no indication for lovenox (enoxaparin), (enoxaparin)so to answer your question,it is quite possible to use it for prophylaxis for one day. In high risk patients with limited ambulatory capacity though,evaluation would be needed after the surgery/procedure to discontinue lovenox (enoxaparin)
