You should see your: doctor. Hopefully you haven't really taken 3000mg of ibuprofen. That is way too much! Your fever of 101 is not very high at all, but shows that your body is fighting an infection. The headache may be from the fever or from the infection. Please call your doctor and get examined so you can be properly diagnosed and treated.
