Ive had a headache for a couple days mostly on my sinus area. i've been taking ibuprofen for it. is it rebound headache? or more serious. no fever. haven't been sleeping as much as i shoukd either. and been having neck pain

Can you be seen?: See a doctor if you can given headache and neck pain. Lack of fever is VERY consoling that this is nothing "serious" Viruses commonly cause this syndrome. Rebound can occur when using NSAIDS, consider stopping. Get enough sleep! Why aren't you? Treatments like Neti pots and OTC medication like benadryl (diphenhydramine) can help. Also steam or humidifier may open clogged nasal passages. Get well soon
