AIDS: hard to say how often one will be sick once AIDS is present, but the risk of dying and being sick from other opportunistic infections is high without treatment, diseases such as tuberculosis, lymphoma, pneumocystis carinii pneumonia, toxoplasmosis, cytomegalovirus infection etc... are very prevalent in AIDS
