A hobo spit in my face and i have a cut on my lip. some of it maybe got inside my mouth. can i get a disease from him. tb, aids? what should i do?

You're fine: Keep an eye out for any bacterial infection changes (e.g. redness, warmth, etc...). While the human mouth is bacteria laden, saliva is actually quite protective (contains bacterio-lytic and related enzymes).
