Australia's government funded sexual health centres collectively are probably the world's best network of STD/HIV prevention clinics. Consider visiting your nearest SHC for highly expert evaluation. I expect they will agree you are at little or no risk for STD, but follow whatever advice they have about testing and follow-up.
