What is the meaning of "inactive colitis" (colonoscopy) in 30y/o with chronic abd pain, nausea & occasional bloody diarrhea?

Nothing obvious: Colitis means inflammation or ulcerations seen on colonoscopy. If neither change is found, yet have some symptoms from your colon, they may call it inactive or healed condition. I would not worry about it right now and let time help you get over your worry and it is not likely to bother you unless you have an established diagnosis of Ulcerative colitis or inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).
