Vertigo, and sinus pain without congestion for the past 5 weeks, haven't taken antibbiotics because we didn't know it was sinus infection cause of no congestion, mri showed it. what should i do?

Sinus: If MRI showed a sinus infection you should get it treated. Also have your doctor check for mold or fungus. Many of these chronic sinus infections are caused by these type of infections, Good Luck
